Examination and X-Ray radiographs
A comprehensive dental examination and diagnosis of any problem is necessary before we can make a scientific plan for treating your problem. A quick check-up is insufficient for good diagnosis and treatment planning. An initial dental check-up includes recording proper medical and dental history, examination of soft tissues and teeth. A thorough examination also includes assessment of jaws and joints and oral cancer screening.
Dental radiographs are a very useful aid in examination of decay, abscess, cysts, impacted wisdom teeth, planning for orthodontic treatment etc. Radiographs are taken only when necessary and may be not be required for regular check-up and clean procedure. A routine dental examination is more cost-effective and improves the gum health and overall dental hygiene condition
